LOEBER FARM DEVELOPMENT DETAILS
A developer originally proposed to the Village of Schaumburg a total of 357 apartment/town home units on the 32 acres of the former horse farm on the west side of Plum Grove Road. PGE residents and neighboring residents in Rolling Meadows and Palatine rallied support against these plans and the developer withdrew the plans for consideration.

The developer is now preparing scaled down plans to present to Schaumburg. Local residents are closing monitoring these actions to make sure their main concerns receive attention, traffic and flooding.
